9/10 – Exceptional Stay with One Awkward Aspect Our stay at Vinpearl Nha Trang was truly exceptional. The hotel is nearly perfect in every way. The facilities, including the gym, spa, and sauna—all included in the room rate—were fantastic and added so much value to our stay. The breakfast was a standout highlight: an incredible variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to all tastes. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. This should easily have been a no-brainer 10/10 review. However, the reception policy of taking guests' photos, supposedly for breakfast entrance, felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Since there is already staff checking guests as they enter the dining area, the reasoning behind this policy wasn’t clear. After speaking with a hotel manager, I was informed there was an opt-out option by simply showing your room key. Unfortunately, this alternative wasn’t communicated by reception, which made breakfast slightly awkward until we resolved the matter. Despite this minor hiccup, Vinpearl Nha Trang remains an exceptional hotel with top-notch facilities and service. With a clearer process for guest preferences at reception, this would easily be a perfect 10/10 experience.

Hotel is very new & modern which provides all amenities we need (Hair dryer has high power & very efficient). Beds are very comfortable with excellent pillows. Room was spacious. I was given a room on the highest floor, 41st, with such a nice view of the city & the beach. Manager Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Nam was so caring to customers & dedicated to his job. He was very patient & showed consideration & respect for customer’s opinions & was willing to go extra miles to make customers happy! 👌❤️Other staffs are very nice too, such as Trọng An, front receptionist; a female housekeeping personnel (sorry I forgot her name!) who came to check in person to make sure that I had all bathroom supplies that I requested. Kim Anh, restaurant manager, Bích Vy, server at buffet breakfast etc. Very good buffet breakfast with variety of delicious Vietnamese dishes (on Sat, I had shrimps & crabs rice noodles!) & other regular western dishes . I thought this was one of the best buffet I ever had in Vietnam in the last 7 years of visiting Vn from USA. All made my stay wonderful & memorable!

Facial recognition is made at check-in and is stored on Vinpearl's central system. I wanted to visit Vinpearl Harbour using the cable car and was not only able to do this free as an existing Vinpearl client but was also able to access the cable car without going to the ticket office because the facial recognition system recognized me immediately. The hotel is very clean with an extensive breakfast buffet. I stayed on the 40th. floor so the view over the bay and to Corniche was spectacular. With the old town behind and the beach-front across the road, the hotel is well served with many different food outlets and bars within walking distance and taxis immediately available at the curbside Overall, good value for money.

The Vinpearl is always to go to place. We enjoyed our stay and will always return when in Nha Trang. Staff are always helpful, the breakfast was fantastic as usual. My friend left his passport and money in the safe and we travelled to Mue ni. I liaised with the staff and they were so helpful in retrieving the items and keeping them safe so we could get them conveyed to Mue ni. Fantastic. They sent us a photo of my mates passport which enabled us to check in at our new motel. I can’t speak highly enough of them all and those who were directly involved. Thank you again. 11/10 I say.

- amazing value - can't beat the location. Just minutes walk from the beach -friendly staff - upon checking in we realize our fridge doesn't work. They asked some maintenance guys to come fix it but it seems they couldn't fix the fridge so they brought up a full size fridge for our room to use instead! This is great since we're a family with two young children. - we loved the infinity pool and kids play area - facilities are room are clean
